The oil is less burning and easier to use. The oil contains in its composition: nigellone or nygelase, phospholipids, lipase, acetates, ergogelenyl, glycerine, selinene, catechins, enzymes, essential oils, alkaloids and a whole series of acids, the total volume of which is almost one third of the product.
The most important biological component of black cumin oil is thymoquinone (13-22%). The substance has increased antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Numerous studies have proven that Thymoquinone prevents the development of cancer.

Application The organoleptic characteristics of oils, when consumed in pure form, can change in the mouth cavity depending on the time of withdrawal - the oil begins to «play» its flavor. The taste and aftertaste of oils also change when they are combined with different products and processing methods before serving.
Product is ready for consumption. Natural dewatering is allowed. Do not freeze.

Storage Storage temperature is up to +17°C. Store in a dark place. Humidity is up to 75%. Protect from sunlight! After opening, use it for 1 month.
