Mustard oil contains in its composition: monounsaturated fatty acids (59%), polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-6 (15.3%), Omega-3 (5.3%), saturated fatty acids (11.5%), these are called «good» fats that do not settle on the walls of the arteries as atherosclerotic plaques.
Mustard oil contains biologically active substances - vitamins A, E, D, B3, B4, B6, P, K, vitamin F-phytosterols, phytoncides, chlorophylls, isothiocyanates, sinigrin with powerful bactericidal and antitumor effects, glycosides, essential oils.
The selected grades used for oil pressing contain traces of «erucidic acid» which are safe for human consumption.

Application The organoleptic characteristics of oils, when consumed in pure form, can change in the mouth cavity. After a certain amount of time, the oil begins to «play» its flavor. The taste and aftertaste of oils also change when it is combined with different products and processing methods before serving.
Product is ready for consumption. Natural dewatering is allowed. Do not freeze.
Shelf life: 12 months
Storage Storage temperature is up to +17°C. Store in a dark place. Humidity is up to 75%. Protect from sunlight! After opening, use it for 1 month.
